The programme is aimed at women aged 20-25 who are involved in rugby union, and who might currently be leading or looking to lead in the future.
Applications close on Sunday 12 October.
Participants will hear from female leaders in a series of online sessions and attend an in-person leadership day, developing their strengths and building resilience and confidence to take on leadership roles in rugby.
